1. The density of natural wood is small, generally around 0.5g; its loose structure causes it to absorb water and become moldy. Wood absorbs water and becomes moldy due to soaking in water, which is the main culprit of outdoor wood decay. Therefore, the editor does not recommend using natural wood to pave the courtyard. Even natural wood that claims to be treated with anti-corrosion cannot remain as new for a long time and will not absorb water, swell and deform.
2. The quality of natural wooden boards used in courtyards often varies between good and bad.
