(1) Has a good timber feeling

 Wood-plastic composite materials have a woody feel due to their plant fibers, which is unmatched by ordinary pure plastic products.

  (2) Water and moisture-proof

 Wood-plastic composite material itself is a waterproof material. Although it contains plant fibers, the problem of plant fibers absorbing water has been solved through technological upgrades, making it waterproof and moisture-resistant.

  (3) Insect-proof and anti-corrosion

 A problem that traditional logs are more likely to encounter is termite nesting, but wood-plastic materials that meet technical standards will not have this problem. In addition, since wood-plastic materials have plastic properties, they are self-evident in terms of anti-corrosion.

  (4) Flame retardancy

Neither wood nor plastic itself is fireproof, so where does the fireproof performance of wood-plastic composite materials come from? In fact, the wood needs to be treated with fire retardant twice, and some flame retardants are also added during plastic processing, so the entire wood-plastic composite material has fire retardant properties.

  (5) Diversified surface treatment

 Wood-plastic composite materials can exhibit different surface morphologies.

For example, the pressing method (using a roller to place the wood grain on the material, so that the surface of the wood plastic also has the concave and convex feel of the material, which has a particularly strong feel);

Digital printing (output the pattern to a digital printing device, and then print it on the wood-plastic composite material. Since the wood-plastic composite material itself already has the feel of wood, if you print the pattern on it, the effect will still be the same as wood);

 Metal imitation effect (used in relatively high-end interior decoration and boutiques, similar to titanium plating effect);

 Imitation walnut wood effect (directly apply water-based paint with walnut wood color to produce this staining method);

 Steel brush (can also create different wood textures, wood grains), etc.

  (6) Can be processed twice or multiple times

 Wood-plastic composite materials–WPC decking can be processed like wood, or even more than wood: drilling, sawing, planing… exactly like woodworking, and can be made into different shapes through hot bending technology. If ordinary wood is to be turned into bent wood, the cost is relatively high, but since wood-plastic composite materials are composite materials containing plastic, it is relatively easy to perform secondary processing.
